1. Overview

At American Jewelry Outlet (AJO), we take great care in ensuring that every order is processed quickly, packaged securely, and delivered safely. All jewelry items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida, and handled with full insurance coverage until they reach you.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5–6 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order got placed: before or after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York, Miami).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship exclusively within the United States using trusted and insured carriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority. 

All orders include free express shipping, which typically arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

The total estimated delivery time from payment to receipt of your order is therefore 7–9 business days (5–6 business days processing + 2–3 business days express delivery).

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Rates

All orders — FREE express shipping.

All shipments include tracking and insurance coverage for the full declared value.

5. Secure and Convenient Pickup & Alternate Delivery Options

If your purchase is a surprise or you cannot be home for delivery, choose a secure Hold for Pickup location. Your order will be held for up to five business days until you or your designated recipient retrieves it.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@ajo-gold.com.

7. Shipping Insurance and Signature Requirement

All jewelry shipments are insured until delivery confirmation. Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery for security. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. We cannot re-route a package once it has shipped.

8. Packaging

Every order is prepared using our premium multi-layer packaging to ensure protection, authenticity, and an elevated unboxing experience:

  • Protective outer shipping box — secure, tamper-resistant packaging used for transportation.
  • Branded paper bag — included for gifting purposes.
  • Branded presentation box — premium retail packaging featuring the AJO brand.
  • Certificate of Diamond Origin — confirming authenticity and diamond grading details.
  • Gift box — elegant interior jewelry box used to present and protect your item.
  • Your jewelry piece — securely placed inside the gift box.

9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. AJO is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at support@ajo-gold.com. Please retain all packaging materials until otherwise instructed. Claims for damaged, lost, or missing items must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt (or expected delivery). AJO is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
