At American Jewelry Outlet (AJO), we take great care in ensuring that every order is processed quickly, packaged securely, and delivered safely. All jewelry items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida, and handled with full insurance coverage until they reach you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship exclusively within the United States using trusted and insured carriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority.
All orders include free express shipping, which typically arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
The total estimated delivery time from payment to receipt of your order is therefore 7–9 business days (5–6 business days processing + 2–3 business days express delivery).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your purchase is a surprise or you cannot be home for delivery, choose a secure Hold for Pickup location. Your order will be held for up to five business days until you or your designated recipient retrieves it.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@ajo-gold.com.
All jewelry shipments are insured until delivery confirmation. Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery for security. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. We cannot re-route a package once it has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. AJO is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at support@ajo-gold.com. Please retain all packaging materials until otherwise instructed. Claims for damaged, lost, or missing items must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt (or expected delivery). AJO is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
