At American Jewelry Outlet (AJO), we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a return, exchange, or replacement as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

A defective item eligible for return must be:

  • unused and undamaged other than the reported defect,
  • returned in original packaging,
  • accompanied by proof of purchase and all certificates.

Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is free. We will provide a prepaid return label.

We do not accept returns for non-defective or correct items, including changes of mind, preference, or sizing reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items (If Not Defective or Incorrect)

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  • custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry,
  • resized or modified items,
  • final-sale or clearance items,
  • digital gift cards or promotional rewards.

If such an item arrives defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately at hello@ajo-gold.com.
Please retain all packaging materials until further instructions are provided.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery at hello@ajo-gold.com and include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the item and packaging,
  • a description of the issue.

We will review your request and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund once the item is inspected.

6. Exchanges (Defective Items Only)

We accept exchanges for defective items.
If your item arrives defective, you may choose an exchange or replacement of the same or equivalent product.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective item:

  • Contact us at hello@ajo-gold.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  • You will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • Repack the item securely with all certificates and documentation.

AJO is not responsible for loss or damage caused by unauthorized or uninsured return shipments not using the provided prepaid return label.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 days to the original payment method.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless production has already started.
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.
